European Company Formation

European Company Formation

Forming a European company can be the most profitable and secure business decision you’ll ever make, but it has to be done properly, with a thorough attention to details in maintaining the company.

Our team of experts specialise in the intricate field of European company formation and they have the knowledge and contacts to ensure that the process runs smoothly from start to finish.

In our European companies section of this site, we offer you a selection of our most popular applications of European legal structures - please view our direct link to some popular uses of European company formations. We can also register limited liability companies, branches or joint-stock companies in over twenty European locations.

We offer a full turn-key company formation service which includes:

  • Company formation in more than twenty European countries
  • Rapid formation shelf companies in various locations
  • Accounting services
  • Bank accounts with major European banks
  • Nominee directors
  • Virtual office services in various European locations

Important things to keep in mind when setting up and maintaining a European company:

  • European bank accounts. We open European bank accounts for European companies registered in the same country where the bank is located. Please contact us for information on European banks that will open accounts for overseas or foreign companies.
  • Personal visit. With the exception of Cyprus, Danish or UK companies, most European jurisdictions do require a personal visit for notary or banking purposes. Thereafter, the company can be run remotely from your home country.
  • Accounting support. We have Russian and English-speaking accountants at our Riga office who can serve as a liason between yourself and the European accountant on company accounting and tax matters should that be necessary.
  • Apostilled documents. Please note that if a European company will open an account with a bank in that same country, original documents will suffice (no apostille needed). Company documents legalised with apostille can be arranged in instances where the European company will be opening a bank account overseas or incorporating a subsidiary or branch in another country.

Tax advice. We are company formation specialists, and do not offer legal or tax advice and strongly recommend to consult licensed professionals with regards to local tax and legal matters. For a separate fee, we can provide tax advice through our network of legal professionals. The information that we provide is for general guidance on matters of interest only and should not be used as a basis for making business decisions and as a substitute for consultation for specific professional advice.

To utilise our company formation experience and networks, please contact us for further information on European company formation.
